It’s the beginning of summer!
To celebrate the end of the school year, the teacher takes Jazz and Lyra’s class on a field trip to the Hollywood studios.
She promised them that, if they behaved well, they would meet an eccentric character.
The visit begins in a little train (choo, choo!).
Jazz is the first to get on: he chooses the seat just behind the driver to be in front. With his camera, he wants to be the reporter!
Lyra sits on the bench next to her friend.
The adventure begins: choo, choo!
At the top of a hill, they see a huge castle. In front of it, many people are dressed up as witches!
The little train stops in front of a magic wand shop. The children get off and rush inside. It’s great, we can try them all!
When the salesman waves his magic wand to cast a spell, Lyra gets scared and steps back. Behind her, a whole display of boxes tumbles down and Lyra falls, her bottom on the floor.
The teacher gives her hand to lift her up: phew, everything’s fine!
Jazz quickly takes a photo: a great start to his report!
But… choo, choo,
the train is waiting for them for the next step, now.
Oh! No one saw him sneak in… a curious guest is sitting in Jazz’s seat. It’s Curious George!
He’s very interested in the camera. Even before Jazz can ask him to leave, the animal jumps to his neck and steals his camera.
Lyra exclaims: “George, it’s not yours! Why are you doing this?”
George answers by taking a picture of her.
He says : “You’re beautiful, Lyra”.
Jazz is a little jealous, but the monkey gives him back his camera with a kiss.
It’s time to continue the adventure!
The locomotive hums: choo, choo!
On the right, dinosaurs! How imposing they are, with their big teeth!
The locomotive accelerates: LAST STOP!
It’s snack time, and the good children deserve a treat.
As promised, the teacher introduces them to the eccentric character: he is yellow, has only one eye and plays the guitar.
Do you know him?
It’s a Minion, of course!
The children jump for joy, and Lyra shouts:
“Teacher, me want banana!”
After enjoying the delicious bananas the teacher had prepared, the whole class is allowed to dress up.
The Minion brings Agnes’ costume to Lyra, saying:
“It’s for you, papaguena!”
Jazz then takes Lyra’s last souvenir picture with the Minion.
What an incredible afternoon!
THE END
